Shame there wasn't, it might have taken peoples minds off the lack of punching. I won't pretend to be an authority on that fight as I watched it once and like everyone else was half asleep before it was finished.

Yes, a few is 3 or more correct. WALDO was knocked over 3 times against Peter so what I posted was correct.

There is absolutely no way on earth Haye will have a 50 fight career so your comment is irrelevent. I know you Klit-ites favour quantity over quality but the amount of fights is irrelevent, it's the competition that counts.

Three losses at heavy is pretty good in 50 fights, and most of Wlads were vs ranked guys.

Haye has two fights at heavy, and looked suspect vs a shop worn Barret. Hardly anything to thump his chest about. I get Haye is the Brittish hope of the year. I'm fine with that, but please some Brits are hyping David Haye more than a Rocky movie.

I might well see you at that Haye fight....if it doesn't get switched to Germany of course as WALDO tries to price himself out of the fight :hey

You can rest assured whichever way the fight goes I'll buy you a beer and shake you warmly by the throat. Erm, hand. :good

That wasn't the point at all but switch it if you like.

Lewis was a great fighter and I already said I wouldn't put him down as an ATG fighter for ring-smarts, intelligence, whatever you want to call it.

In what way do you think he looked suspect?:huhI'd say he was reckless but ultimately did what he had to do.

He was reckless and seemed to go down from what could be viewed as a knock down. Barrett did not do much. Haye should have iced him, had more balance, better defense, and more punch resitance.

Will you be attending the fight?
Whats the odds of obtaining a ticket if it is in Germany? Not that I fancy going to Germany too much tbh

I was wondering when you'd chip in

Yes it is 'pretty good', thanks for that, is it ATG though, considering who he lost to? I'd say no, and the point I'm making is that he lost those fights due to lack of intelligence or ring smarts - as well as having a shaky chin. You Klit-ites should be pleased I'm saying this, it's only the same **** you've all been spouting as excuses for the last god knows how many years :patsch

I'd love to know how Haye looked suspect V Barrett too, it was a dominant performance. I do agree he's being hyped too much but that's the way it's going to be when there's absolutely nothing else out there to provide excitement in this division - his nationality has nothing to do with it.

If haye makes it right he wont be just hype! He seriously can go far at heavy!
This fight has to happen! Boxing needs that fight! Split 60 /50 would be fair cause haye brings the hype and theire gonna fight in england! 60 for wlad and 40 for haye wont be a problem i think!

I'll be there if it's in England yeah...if it's in Germany no chance, the place will be full of English football hooligans looking for a punch up. I don't fancy getting arrested on foreign soil just for being English thank you very much.

Thats pretty critical for his second fight at heavy....Barrett is not the easiest man to just 'ice'

WRONG! Haye nationality has Great Brittan rabid fans into frenzy. Blind patriotism should never trump reason.

IMO, part of the reason why Wlad lost the Purity fight because he was 22, had never gone past 8 rounds, was fighting in his hometown, and was slightly ill. Yes he was ill, and had a low weight.

Anyway, the young Klitschko who was on a roll never let up on his attack vs a man with an iron chin, and soild punching power.

Sdunek, who was a novice to the pro game back then did not know his fighter well enough to tell him to ease up, nor did he teach him how to clinch. This is a trainer's job.

Sure Wlad lost, but I think if he had a good corner, he wins the fight on points.
