Sky - what a joke

    Setanta 150-00 a year -
    sky box office - frock khan hatton - 48-00
    sky sports - 60-00 a year

    its obvious to me sky are just conning the sxxx out of us - ive cancelled setanta today - & ill do the same with sky sports tonight - ill pay for hatton but no way will i pay for the rest of the sxxx - what a fxxxx con..

    Setanta is only £120 a year no?I think its ood value.

    But agreed, as said in the other threads, its monopolised now, fans do not count, much like football.

    I signed up to Setanta when it was 9.99, for some reason is it now 12.99 but havnt complained due tot he fact it is still great value.

    stuff sentanta - 129-00 of wasted money - buncey show & ufc is only thing decent but i can watch for free elsewhere - as for the fights i can get that for free too - as for sky box office - total con - ill get for free next morning - sky sports is practically dead with the odd footie game so 60 quid save there - the greed of sky has totally switched me into saving my pennies so i can only thank sky for making me THINK OF THE ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS

    Setanta offers LOADS of boxing and ufc. Any true fight fans dream. If you are a sports fan then 13 quid is nothing. Setanta often offer at least 1 fight which would be PPV on sky so you get your money back quick.

    Probably a dumb question but can you buy the PPVs if you have a Sky box but don't pay Sky subscription?

    Anyone who doesn't have Setanta and claims to be a Boxing fan have their priorities ****ed up. Where else can you watch the best in the world fighter, and by best in the world, I'm reffering to fighters from overseas. Margarito, Mosley, Darchinyan, Mijares, Pavlik, Marquez, Pacquiao, etc all appear on Setanta - not Sky Sports or SBO.
