Is this a scientific fact? being weight-drained can actually stop you from moving? That's fantasy. Tszyu's shoulder problems, surgery, old age and inactivity and eventual retirement after collecting his Hatton payday on the other hand, is fact.

Hatton's last fight proves he can box, and hit. He stopped a guy who went the distance with Cotto. Do you think Pacquaio will have ever endured such power when he gets hit by Hatton?
If Manny is looking to tee off, or out box Hatton, or wear him down with his speed, then you can bet your life Hatton will just wrestle the guy, and maul the smaller weaker Pacman with his forearms and hooks to the body. That sort of thing is Hatton's bread and butter. Hatton by stoppage. Done.

The guy that went the distance with Cotto hits like a princess and wouldn't deter anybody, Pacquiao is physically stronger than that guy plus he hits harder. Nice fantasy boxing though.

That guy was ranked #2 at LW, and and he got there through boxing ability, defense and chin rather than power. Hatton outboxed him and got the stoppage was my point. Fantasy boxing is your suggestion that Pacquiao will have the strength to trouble Hatton.

    More obvious Fact:

Hatton's face is out there to be hit, he was kd'd with a short left.

Pac has one of the best lefts out there.
He's also one of the best headhunters in the sports today. JMM was kd'd and David kd'd both with short lefts.

I can see Pac snapping Hattons head with lefts and stepping away before it snaps back. He's that fast.

Do i see it an easy fight for Pac? No, Hatton is tough. But as they are today, Pac certainly has the edge stylewise. and as margo has shown, even a granite chin gives under accumulation of punches.

But its not even gonna be as simplistic as that. Old man Floyd n Roach are going to twist the variables even more in the coming months.

and i do agree its not gonna be an easy fight.

What a load of bollocks. Manny has been stopped and rocked by men atleast 2 weight classes below Hatton and Hatton is an above average punching Light Welter and you think Manny is going to walk through a Hatton right hand... keep dreaming sunshine.

Manny is fast... is he as fast as Mayweather... i'm not so sure. Does Manny hit as hard as Urango, Tszyu ect... no, so Manny isn't brinign anything that Hatton hasn't seen before... But Manny would NEVER in his life have felt a punch like what he will recieve from Hatton and a lot of you are underestimating Hattons speed. I would say Hatton has faster hands than JMM and JMM hit Manny at will.

Also to the numpty that said Tszyu was more shot than ODLH? wtf? Tszyu had knocked out the highly rated Mitchell 6 months before the Hatton fight in 3 one sided rounds which was 3 rounds faster than Floyd Mayweather a year later against the same oponent... Some people make things up to suit their own arguments on this site sometimes... just stick to the facts boys

I think both are great fighters but as a rule 'a good big guy beats a good little guy'. Pac is exceptional but to be fair to him he has moved up a lot of weight.

I also think DLH was weight-drained and badly trained, with not enough preparation. That wont be the case with Hatton.
