Winky has always been vulnerable to guys with high workrates who don't respect his power. Williams will outhustle him badly and win pretty easily

Wright's big wins are both against smaller guys he was stronger than physically who he jabbed to death

Wright is stronger physically than Williams but he's not bigger and Williams has the type of workrate that will give him fits all night

I'm expecting this to like a poor mans version of Calzaghe-Jones with Wright acting as Jones and Punisher acting like a very VERY tanned Joe Calzaghe. Wright will befuddle Williams with his defensive prowess and score early but tire/fade down the stretch with Williams outhustling and outpounting him to a "further than it looks" 8-4 or 9-3 type decision.

The Taylor fight was a draw, and he took a beating in it, just like he did in the Hopkins fight. He got more than he gave.

I think P-Dub will win a close, possibly controversial decision.

Yes, yes they do! And the fact that Williams looked like utter **** against the mediocre style employed by Quintana does not bode well for him in a bout against Winky, who is more versatile inside the ring and much better what he does.

    Williams is in trouble.

I agree Rummy, Williams is going to lose a very lopsided decision imo

Winky struggled like hell with Sam Soliman, who is a homeless man's Paul Williams, based on workrate alone

Now Winky is old, inactive, and fighting someone who is a terrible style matchup for him. No way he wins easy

Paul Williams got outclassed by the very mediocre Quintana.

    I think he will.

If Williams wins, I will be impressed.

But Winky has never looked particularly impressive against anyone good other than one former lightweight, and a former welterweight who had fought once in the previous 4 years, who was tailor made for him stylewise. He won both of those fights based one style matchups and physical strength advantage. Those advantages aren't going to be there against Williams
