I am going to stick me neck out and say that Rounds 1-3 of Calzaghe V Jones was the most exciting I have ever seen. In terms of Speed, the knockdown, the whole ****ing event; it was phenomenal.

Even if Roy was shot, Joe was after the money, **** it, it was what I watch Boxing for. Just for those 12 minutes, it was pure pugilistic ecstasy! Cheers Joe

RJ v Calzaghe? That match sucked big time. Go and watch Cotto - Margarito.

He stuck his neck out, but unfortunately it got cut off.

In the modern era you could pick from literally dozens of fights, even snippets from fights, to rank over Calzaghe-Jones.

    MAB - EM I
Vasquez - Marquez trilogy (fight III is probably the best of the bunch)
Gatti - Ward trilogy (fight I is the best of the bunch)
Castillo - Corrales I (probably the best modern memory for me - the last round blows just about everything else out of the water)
    Freitas - Barrios (fantastic ending)
    Margarito - Cotto
    Moshipour - Sithchatawal
    etc.
    etc.
    etc.
    etc.

**** me, I found Hopkins - Tarver a lot more enjoyable than RJJ - Calzaghe.

decapitated and then shat in haha.
good list of fights, havent seen Freitas - Barrios think ill have to watch that but the rest i get in awe of.
Castillo - Corrales ending was amazing, didnt think corrales would pull it out the back after the bad knock down and Gatti - Ward/ Vasquez - Marquez trilogy was great!
even holt vs torres was better that Calzaghe V Jones
