manny pacquiao...20% of his fights are against HOF boxers...he is definitely historical significance in his fights with fellow hall of famers

That is pretty scary. I had already typed out a reason Whitaker should be in the top 10 before switching to Pacquiao.

because pac is so good that he deserves a lot..he denied dela hoya, morales and barerra top 75 ATG placings...he was able potentially put JMM in top 100 ATG...and his victory over hatton might put hatton's place in HOF in jeopardy..

and he did all this after being a flyweight champ in 1998...

that is a p4p warrior, his career has so many stages, ascend to asia's elite, legitimate KO artist, rivalries wih 3 mexicans, p4p reign, and i see himself securing his place in top 10 ATG by 2010...

I think it's safe to say Pacquiao has absolutely no place whatsoever in this discussion. Now that that's cleared up. Let's move on.

just want to ask what is the difference between top 10 resume to the top 10 ATG..

i ask this question because, in my view 80% of ATG is all about resume..i must admit that ray leonard's resume is definitely not top 10..

Delahoya should be on any list for sheer who he faced. ALi and Charles need to be up at the top

How you figure? How many of them had only 1 defeat in their 70 or so first fights? A streak that included a dominant LW reign as well as taking the WW-title from one of the best ever at that weight.

And even though the rest of his career is filled up with quite many losses (as well as some great wins) - hey, just look at Robinson's.
