Does anyone know what Amir does for training? Does he do any weights? ive been trying to find a training log of his online, but i cant really find one any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
Last week watched Amir go three rounds with four pretty fair sparring partners at Wild Card Gym. Blazing hand and foot speed. Very accurate double and triple jabs and combinations. A little hyper and too willing to take shots on the inside.
He is currently taking punches from David Haye & to improve his chin! Who gives a f_ck about his training logs?
