Originally Taylor was supposed to fight Froch instead of Pascal, I think.

Are you sure about that? Froch usually fights on ITV.

Actually Froch brings SMW power a unconventional style, granite chin and a warriors heart. Maybe Taylor has seen some of these attributes before but he wont be able to cope with Froch.

Taylor has no heart and gives up when the whopping gets put on him.

He was offered the fight back in June but had to turn it down because Froch was a no-name in the states at the time and HBO (who Taylor was under contract with) said "NO" to Froch as an opponent. Taylor instead fought Lacy on HBO, thus ending his contract, and now it looks like he is going to Showtime in order to make this fight happen.

That's a shame. I can't see this being PPV though, it wouldn't get the figures. Hopefully Setanta will jump in and pick it up.

I liked his ring walk in the 2nd, he came in lookin' hard. ghost face don't know what the song was, but as I recall it was hot with him wearing all black, instead of the Razorback Red we've seen him in for so long now.

The first fight, all I could hear was that house full of Pavlik Nation, was BOOOO on his ring walk.

EVERYONE TAKE NOTE: WHENEVER A FORCH FANBOY DESCRIBES HIS STYLE AS "UNCONVENTIONAL", WHAT THEY REALLY MEAN IS "BAD". YOU WILL SEE THIS EUPHEMISM A LOT IN THE COMING MONTHS, AND YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST.

And Taylor has NEVER given up in a fight. His ass has been put on the canvas, but he got right back in the ring with the same guy in his very next fight despite being advised by everyone around him not to.

You can easy see Pav is my man, but JT's also my top 5 fave forever and day too. When I saw JT comin' out, dressed in Black (Tyson flash back, lol), and just the most determined and almost mean face I'd ever seen on JT, I was kind'a like "oh, ****. JT ain't ****in' around today.

I like your sense of humour:yep Your right Froch does have a poor defence and his footwork is very slow so certainly no Naz Hamed in the unorthodox style sense.

I thing Taylor broke mentally when Pavlik started to hurt him big shots and Froch is a bigger guy than Pavlik bringing SMW power. I can see Taylor wining on points with his skill but I have doubts about his mental toughness to withstand pain.

P.S. I am no Froch fan boy but I am a big HAYE so you might see me being biased on the HAYE threads.
