Sucks for Cotto, I'm sure he wanted to get some revenge on him.

May seem like a dumb question but will Margo still be able to fight in other states? Or will the CSAC request other state commissions to ban him there as well?

Good for the CSAC. I'm very skeptical over how long it's taking them to analyze the wraps, but they are sending a clear message with the suspensions. With the current state of boxing commissions, I'll take 1 for 2. Or more like 2/3 with Capetillo's suspension as well.

Usaully when one state bans you the others respect that states decision and uphold the ban.

I'm pretty sure there's a legal tradition that state comissions respect eachother's decisions. For example when Valero was ruled a health risk by the Nevada commission, he basically couldn't fight anywhere in the states.

I seriously doubt Cotto will fight him in Mexico City. The wraps will be bricked and his children will be abducted.

Most other states tend to honour it out of professional decency, but they arent bound by it.
