Muay Thai twice a week. I only run about twice a week, and do a few cardio sessions also, iv pretty well dropped lifting weights atm.

hurt my shoulder wanking too much and too hard. goin to physio monday, so hope its all better in a week.
:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl dam, should i even be admitting this... i was right atsch the physio lady couldnt work out how i did it, showing me it must have been like a pulling motion away from my body!!! i couldnt admit it, i played dumb, i hope she is also.
Back training cardio hard. Did the running beep test to see if iv gone backwards, but i improved. Scored 12 by pushing myself really hard. Back to Muay Thai training tuesday night.
leg weights monday, upper body tuesday. shoulder still weak, ill have a test run on the pads tonight before i go back to muay thai
