Well they're trying to. In MMA, the CSAC gave a one-year suspension to Antonio Silva for steroids. He fought in Japan in December, and they're sending a notice to all athletics commissions for a hearing for license revocation for fighting in Japan during his California suspension. Margarito is fan friendly to watch.. why as fans do you not want to see him in the ring again? Because he called out Floyd and made Floyd look like a *****? No **** sherlock. Boxing bans only apply in the country you've been banned in. You can still fight as long as it's in a different country. The US has no authority anywhere else on these type of matters other than the US. And I don't see why he'd need any jail time as he didn't actually use the wraps during the fight.
