Latest news in the Kessler-Larsen-Palle-Sauerland comedy..

Well, the fun just doesn't seem to stop.

Mogens Palle has stated in the danish media, that he has offered Larsen and Sauerland 1.000.000€ as a one time payment for the fight. No co-promotion, no television rights.
Palle says the price is more than fair for a challenger of Larsens status.
If Sauerland/Larsen does not accept within the week, Palle will find another fight for Kessler.... (Please do..)

-BTW Kesslers lawyer has confirmed that being released from Palle is NOT one of the terms for Kessler fighting Larsen.

i am fed up with promoters ****ing up boxers careers in order to line there own pockets.
kessler is an elite fighter and needs big fights now while he is in his prime.

God am I glad Bute has moved on to another opponent....

 

Yeah, it is bad enough that Palle is f****** up Kesslers career, but he seems hellbent on destroying Larsen (again), by dragging him into the great Palle-circus one more time....

Larsen should just have fought Bute, probably a loss, but a good payday, and he wouldn't have to be dependent on Palle's crazy whims...

 

How about Palle and Sauerland having a fight and let Kessler move on with his career?

 

larsen would not get 1 mill euro fo a fight against bute.. palle´s offer is more the reasonable, kessler is the draw and kessler is the champion..

its larsen who has whined like a biatch about beating kessler, well mister larsen, here is your shot.. 1 mill euro, is more then he ever made in another fight.. to me it seems as if larsen and sauerland are being greedy..

im as vocal as anyone else, when it comes to critisizing palle, but if the larsen fight falls through, im not pointing the finger at him, but larsen and his promoters.

 

Larsen has already agreed to the offer laid out to him by Palle. So he is not to blame in this.

The blame goes to Sauerland and Palle.

 

Kessler needs to get himself out of this mess.A good career is being ruined.

 

Tired of listening to all the BS surrounding Kessler these days, I suggest the following solution. Line up all the bums of the world in and around SMW and have Kessler take them out one-by-one. I propose one fight a month at whatever event he can find around the globe. When Kessler is done one can hope some high-caliber guy is finally ready to fight him, if for no other reason then at least to beat the guy that holds the record for most wins in a row.:good

 

It would never work, Palle needs at least four weeks before each fight to argue about his own paycheck with promoters/lawyers/fighters/boxing associations/reporters/random people on the street/etc... ;-)

 

So is Palle entering the Warren/King/Hoya echelon of almost-universally despised promoters?
