Hugo Hernan Garay, I think He didn't won't to fight this guy and now nobody is talking about Garay and Green doesn't have to fight him.
Let me get this right Danny retired because he was afraid to fight Garay and earn a couple of mil,yet he's willing to spar a pissed off heavyweight in James Toney for free:deal I swear half u ****s in here are that dopey if u had a brain it would be lonely:hey If anyone has seen garay fighting you would know his walk up style is tailor made for Danny,not to mention his looping right's that take 2 days to land just watch some of his fights you'll see what i mean.
Garay would beat Danny today..I dont think it would have been a foregone conclusion if they fought then either. I dont think he quit because of him though..Im pretty sure it would have been something milling around in his head for a few months before that fight. Kronkin all day everyday.
From what you-tube footage I seen of Garay I think your right. Of course old Shinner and left Jab Danny swallow any **** that comes out of Danny's mouth.
IMO there's two likely reasons for Danny's retirement: 1/ He'd just plain had enough of boxing and sincerely wanted to retire. 2/ He had misaprehensions about facing this sparticular guy. Either way it's odd to win a world title and then throw it away like a hot potato. But we'll never ever know the real reason. (Kronkadellic thread this one)
