People were saying Froch is better than he showed in Pascal but Pascal got him out of his game plan? :patsch Taylor will have him not even remembering there is such a thing as a game plan.:yep Froch stepped up to a B- fighter and lost his cool big time. What do you think Taylor will do to him?

Honestly If taylor loses this fight it will be a testiment to how far he's slipped since being the man to beat Bernard Hopkins twice. Because there is no way that a guy whom gave a ledgend like hopkins everything he could handle should be losing to Froch.

My guess is that most, if not all of the people who voted Taylor are from American. Pretty hilarious.

I'm not sold on Froch. He looks slow and is easy to hit. I expect Taylor to give him a boxing lesson. Taylor looks good at 168 and refreshed by moving up. He will outclass Froch to a wide UD win.

taylor has to much speed and has a good jab, froch is too slow to nail taylor for long periods. But as we know it only takes one punch so froch has a chance
    taylor UD or SD

This from the guy who said that "Froch is the second coming" as though it is a fact.

I think you're confusing the queen and a queen.

I think you've hit the nail on the head here MC. I watched the Pascal fight and saw the way pascal was ripping him with hooks to the head on the inside and i thought to myself Taylor likes to throw those type of punches too, only he gets about twice the torque on them.

Also Froch's jab saved his ass against Pascal. But pascal has only ever used his jab to hide his wide hooks. He's never been one to control a fighter with it and Taylor has a very good jab and Froch will be hard pressed to win the Jabbing contest. If he can't he's screwed.

For those saying that Taylor has stamina problems, well its a good thing he'll be fighting Carl Froch. And I mean that in a serious styles make fights type way not in a pajorative sence. Froch doesn't fight a a pace that would give Taylor problems. Taylor was up against an Andrade or a Kessler he'd really have to dig deep to make it to the end but against Froch he'll be able to handle the pace and thus will not have as much of a problem fighting his fight for most of the twelve rounds.

And Finally those of you saying that Taylor has a suspect chin can't be serious. He has good chin, probably better then Jean Pascal, considering Pascal got hurt by Brain Norman and some other guy who barely has a pulse. Taylor certainly has the chin to stand in there and take Froch's best punch. So I can't see him getting knocked out unless he absorbs a tone of really hard punches the way he did agains Pavlik. So don't bet on a Froch KO b/c like Taylor himself these guys that pad there records against lesser fighters rarely get Knockouts when they are fighter other world class guys. The exception are guys like Darchynian but they are few and far between.

I feel taylor wins a wide UD after some awkward moments in the first few rounds.

I'm pretty confident on that one. We shall see I hope. Froch is about to take a huge step up in class and I'm sure he will get a failing grade. Please tell me how a Pascal draws Froch into looking like a windmill and suddenly Froch will be a master boxer with power against Taylor. Again, if he lost his wit against Pascal, he better be praying for that 'punchers chance', but I don't see it.

Agreed. He especially gets props from me because I think Jermain's the solid favorite to win; should Froch pull off the upset, there should be no diminishing it.

I see Jermain stopping him late, but it should be exciting while it lasts, especially if Taylor gets drawn into a brawl. I'm looking forward to this one!
