Wrong!!, It took PW 13 rounds to put Q away. Cotto didnt have to go thru him twice like PW did. And no PW is not a pressure figther so dont even go there. He is not the pressure fighter that margo is.

And Cotto stopped Q in 5 not 6 or 7 like you say. Thanx.

You cant dismiss the first fight like it didnt happen. 13 rounds of fighting is what Q and PW went thru. And how can you keep saying that PW is a pressure fighter? Throwing volume punches dont make him a pressure fighter. So is Joe C a pressure fighter since he too throws about 1000 punches per fight?

Welllll since we're talking objectively. Currently...I'm pretty sure Williams would win. But I'll hold that statement until I see Cotto's next two fights...or if he smokes Jennings inside two rounds. If not, then I want to see how he does against Berto or whoever his next opponent will be.

But pre-Margarito...Cotto had his confidence and would've beat P.Williams. Paul Williams IS NOT fast. His "speed" is over ****in' rated. He's faster than Margarito, but honestly not by much. For a volume puncher, he's fast, but definitely not quick with anything. His jab is slappy and there just to distract his opponent. He has no head movement. Relies too much on his size.

Cotto also has shown his abilities against better opposition and **** opposition. The only test P.Will passed was Margarito. And he BARELY passed. Otherwise he's been feeding off tomato cans. We really don't know how good P.Will is. But seeing as how he let Quintana beat him the first time shows me he can be distracted or flustered when things aren't cruising his way.

I think if they fought now...I would like to believe P.Will might pull what Cotto did against Margarito and get a lil big headed and think he's the **** and find himself in a whole world of trouble in the second half of the fight. What happens in that second half, I'm not sure...depends on what P.Will shows up and what Cotto shows up.

But no way will it play out like Cotto-Marg :bart

You are not being serious are you? PW is a volume puncher. He does not walk his opponets down, he does not put them against the ropes like Margo does. He is not a pressure fighter at all.

Co sign on that:good..I think the Joker said that Cotto would punch on Williams body...problem is Williams throws punches harder than tony and just as many...Hearns murdered Duran in there fight cuz Duran was never able to get inside..I shouldn't say never get inside but he rarley got inside of Hearns..Id take Williams by 7th round ko!!!:bbb

Dont even compare PW to Hearns. In the Duran fight Tommy used his reach and power to knocked Durans head off. At 147 PW never knew how to properly use his reach nor did sit on his punches the way he has in the last 3 fights. PW wont hold those body punches from Cotto. He will be stopped late in the fight for sure.

Styles. Cotto can in the body and break them ribs alot easier then slow ass margo could. Margo has no jab, nor footwork to get into a good enough position to beat PW. But Cotto has those things and PW's body would be there all night to hit.

So is Joe C a pressure fighter? How about Ali? SRL? Spadafora? They all thru plenty of punches but you wouldnt say that they are pressure figthers would you.
