What a dumb comment. so many things to say to you....Just 1 will do... Rahman was a "replacement" for Povetkin and Rahman was a top 10 :hi:
Yeah, you already know I'm right. Thats why you won't even reply. Its all cool though, at least he's fighting someone with more a chance than Rhaman
You spelled "Canadian" wrong in your user name.... and it doesn't look like a purposeful misspelling like "Widdow" is in mine. Now... do you consider Haye a washed up bum?
You guys see the article in the insider about boxing? here's a bit of it: Apparently, after viewing Hayes demonstration, Wladimir took in a deep breath, clenched both fists, and said aloud, Im going to rip that mother ****ers head off! and walked out of the room. Not one person in Camp Klitschko had ever heard him speak in such a way about an opponent. When asked about the incident, trainer Emanuel Steward couldnt deny his fighters different approach to this fight in particular. Ive never seen Wladimir this angry before a fight. He wants this guy bad, and he wants him now. He has a different edge (while) training Steward continued, instead of sparring to keep sharp, hes actually hurting guys bad. Hes angry, hes super-fast, and he really wants to knock this guy Haye out for disrespecting him, as well as his brother. With the fight scheduled for June 20th, the build up, and trash talking will no doubt intensify. Apparently Haye has already gotten into the head of Wlad, but Steward sees this as a good thing. Im extremely glad Wladimir is so motivated. This is what hes needed for a long time, someone to actually make him mad. Its been very frustrating for him (lately). The (Sultan) Ibragimov fight was a tactical disaster. Wladimir couldnt make the guy fight. And I know, that he knows, its hard to get up for the last few opponents hes faced. In those cases hes sort of fought to the level of his competition. But for the Haye fight, Wladimir wants a clear-cut, spectacular performance. He wants to knock this guy out cold, and shut his mouth.
Yeah, winning is always a big downer. Especially when it is against a former undisputed World Champion... and clears your mandatory to open up a fight with David Haye.
My bad, you're right. I'm sorry. Besides, I can relate. I just beat a blind kid @ NFL Madden 09, I deserve a pat on my back.
Was that blind kid a former undisputed NFL Madden 09 World Champion? Did beating that blind kid clear your mandatory '09 challenger in order to set up the biggest Madden '09 showdown since 2002? If so, then congrats.... because that was a win worth being happy about.:thumbsup
I don't see anyone celebrating. However, I also don't understand how knocking out Hasim Rahman became such a pathetic thing to do. Not the biggest win in the world of course. However,I certainly don't see anything wrong with beating Rahman as the highest ranked available replacement for Povetkin who pulled out with an injury. It isn't as if Wlad planned for Povetkin to pull out of that fight.
