Or it could be the opposite, some people are blinded by their dislike or hate for the man so they say a lot of negative things without regard to their veracity. For instance, some people keep harping on Pac's early losses that he failed to avenge but Pac simply didn't have the chance to avenge those losses, Torrecampo retired after the Pac fight while Singsurat lost to Tunacao in his first defense although he still fights and ranked as a bantam in Thailand. Pac move to 122 because he was having difficult time making even the bantam limit. The Singsurat rematch did not happen because he could not go down while the other guy could not go up. As to his comment about JMM, his words were obviously taken out of context because I myself heard him say on tv something like this "I will fight him anytime if the price was right. He should agree to a lower cut because if he didn't agree then hes fighting for money and not for honor like he has been saying."

If you were a Pinoy, then you should know. Pac was Torrecampos last fight!

Yes, you're right. Someimes, you just can't get the rematch. I mean, look @ Hopkins & JMM, those guys are dying for rematches, but they haven't gotten those rematches, and the only reason they haven't received those rematches is because of the other fighter, so its not their fault. But just like Pac, those men haven't avenged their losses. So its not fair to throw dirt on a man who hasn't avenged his loss because you dont see a rematch on their record. But yes, JMM will fight Pac again at any weight, and if JMM is smart, he'd even take a 90-10 split. That would still be lots of money for him, but hopefully Pac will give him an 80-20 split.

I would also love Pac to fight Guzman, Valero and Juan Diaz but I thought you want elite black or white fighters for him. Do these boxers fit your description of elite?:huh

I think JMM deserves more than 80-20 split because he also bringing a lot of people to see the fight. With the exception of his ODLH fight, Pac's second fight with JMM is his biggest in terms of PPV earnings.

But Pac isn't a smart business man, and on top of that, he knows JMM has a very good chance of beating him, and if he takes a L in the ring, he wants a big W money wise. And on top of that, He just took something like 65-35 to fight DLH, and he said that he deserved more than 30 because he was bigger than PBF(who got 30%). PBF was way bigger than JMM at the time. Now I understand that things change overtime, but Pac is not a good businessman, therefore I feel thats the way he's gonna think about the whole situation.

I have to check that but I had been watching Pac since his blow by blow days and I knew that Torrecampo chose to retire than rematch with Pac. I can't remember Torrecampo fighting anyone else after he KOd Pac.
