I haven't seen Funeka fight so i don't know who will win but i hope CAmpbell breaks his body.

Wouldn't rule it out. Campbell does have a tendency to loop his punches from time to time, and that's something you don't want to do against a big puncher who seems very capable of taking a fighter out with one or two shots.

 

Poor Nate will try to impose his will on the young fighter in round 1...bad idea. Nate will get hurt and proceed to get on his bicycle.

If Funeka can cut off the ring effectively, look for this to be a quick night.

pretty funny...in the campbell/funeka poll post...i actually saw somebody write "funeka is hungrier"....my friends...they dont come any hungrier than the galaxxy warrior....

 

Man, i love Nate Campbell...but, he thinks too highly of himself on occasion. This is one of those occasions where he is just not taking this guy as seriously as he should. He thinks he is just going to take the young fighter to school. Not on this night. It would serve him better to be a little more humble this time around.

 

how can you prove that he isnt taking this "guy" seriously?? he hasnt collected a check in about a year...hes living on borrowed money...i think hes taking this fight about as seriously as any fight hes ever had

 

Unfortunately, he feels that he still has a lot to prove, and he has stated that he is very resentful that most boxing critics feel that this will be a tough fight. He feels slighted and will try to prove that he is, by far, the better man. He actually stated on the ESB radio webcast that he is going to do whatever he wants to this "kid", and there isn't a d#mn thing he can do about it.

 

Unfortunately, he is under the impression that he is going to do whatever he wants to do with this "kid". He said as much on the ESB radio webcast. He feels resentful that most boxing critics view this as a tough fight. Nate has questioned funeka's experience, which is a valid question, but Nate has already stated that he thinks Funeka's only weapon is his right hand. Not true...he has a great left hook and will tag poor Nate with it in the first round.

He won't even see it coming.

 

well...he told us and juan diaz that he was going to take him to hell...in his backyard...and he did just that...and in fact the scores for that fight were terrible...because he dominated diaz....

and he should feel slighted...he was slighted by juan guzman...hes being slighted by people everywhere..including this thread...his family has been slighted financially...hes the number 1 ranked lightweight in the world and he gets no respect

i love how people let a little trash talk(which has also been fired from funekas camp...i love the double standard...just because funeka is the young challenger) get misconstrued as the champ taking somebody lightly.

im not saying funeka cant or wont win....im just saying...it wont be because nate took him lightly

 

I hope not...don't misunderstand me. I am just giving you my honest opinion and my gut feeling about this fight.

I am actually rooting for Nate.

 

I am same as PHILLA i havent seen him fight properly, apart from some odd clips here and there

but i too want campbell to break him head or body i am easy

 

My money's on Funeka.
