Wladimir Klitschko vs. David Haye

Hayes does not deserve a fight with Vlad period. He wants everything without earning it. I wish Vlad would go ahead and knock him out of the ring, but Haye needs to put the money where is big mouth is.

 

I think it's a case of who lands the first bomb. I see Haye getting inside Vlad's jab and taking him out. Can't see it going past round 5.

 

It would not take an awful lot of money for me to get in the ring with anyone from Ibragimov downwards :-(

 

Haye needs to sign (he wants all english TV rights:nut)( home page ESB) He is the challenger. If he is so confident, why not make a decent deal, beat Wlad like he says he will, become champ and then he can get anything he wants because he will be in the drivers seat.

I think Haye is missing the big picture here or Haye is not sure he can win and he wants to cash in now incase this is his only chance:bart

 

The only problem seems to be that Wlad wanted to fight in the Chelsea F.C staduim.... But thats going to way to expensive. So there looking at a new venue, my guess will be that Wlad wants it back in Germany

 

why is it crazy that he wants the english tv rights when most people in england will be watching the fight for haye not wlad

 

Exactly right, I can't remember if any of Wlads fights have been shown in the UK

 

Great fight is in jeopardy. I hope that some arabian prince will announce that he is giving 50 kilograms gold to the winner if the fight is made in Riad or Doha.

 

Its not just about TV rights in UK... its purse + Tickets + TV ++++ He is pricing himself out. Take in 1 area and give in another... but NO he wants top dollar in EVERYTHING. At some point, just like any company, the numbers wont make sense for K2

 

to be fair i can accept that but one thing you have to look at as well is the article on the front page saying haye is the one being awkward about everything. If you look at the intrest this fight has generated even on this site so far it is obvious haye aint another thompson or sultan in terms of draw and star power. I think wlads camp have to take this into account as well, obviously haye can't dictate all the terms but wlads camp can't treat him like a standard challenge as he is more than that.

 

yes Interest on this site... its a boxing site. ask normal casual fans, and they have NO idea who Haye is. He has had 1 fight in a year (at HW) While I do think he brings things to the table, I dont think its as much as Haye thinks it is or wants it to be

 

I wish I could tell you the offer (I cant) but what I can say is, Haye is NOT being treated like a "standard challenger"

 

most casual fans have no idea who wlad is either m8, he aint the name you might think either.
Also in terms of hayes name they had him on hbo last night in the stars of the future/2009 section so he is getting some recognition.
