The state of Nate's face didn't look like Funeka was pitter pattering. Funeka has very good power, watch the knockout of Raheem,

Funeka will be back. He will get anotehr shot. Everyone who loves boxing had to fall in love with this guy's effort last night. Everyone who saw him crying will want to see him hold up that belt someday. Plus he has a very good TV style.

7-5 for Funeka imo......the two knockdowns make it a draw on my scorecard 113-113.

This fight only reaffirmed what I suspected......that Campbell is'nt a top tier fighter to compete with the likes of Pacquiao and JMM.

When Campbell was allowed to get on Funeka's chest, he did pretty well for himself, which explains how he was able to handle Juan Diaz, who also is a fighter that likes to fight on the inside.
When a fighter does'nt allow that inside fighting as Funeka did for great parts of the fight, Campbell is made to look like an ordinary fighter.

Campbell did enough to get no less than a draw IMO. I had him winning the first two rounds and the last three, plus two 2-point rounds gives him at least a draw in my book - and that's assuming you give Funeka every other round. Campbell deserved the decision IMO.

Funeka showed a lot of heart and good boxing skills. At this point, it's hard to tell how much power and what kind of chin he has at the world class level, but he's definitely someone to keep an eye on.

Just for the fact that he ridded us of that stinker Raheem, I like him.

Spot on. 9 could have gone either way as could have 8.

This is doing the word robbery injustice.

Campbel won the first 3 rounds and the last 2 with 2 being 10-8 rounds,he didn't lose the fight.Maybe a draw would have been fairer but if anyone won it it was Nate.

Funeka won that fight.....Hometown decision all the way.

Martinez won as well and Cintron is one of the biggest whiners and crybabies in boxing.....very embarrassing.

    Again, Martinez won!!!!!

Neigther JMM nor Pac are 6'1. The issues they present are different. I'm not saying that Nate beats either JMM or PAC; however, you can't look at this fight and predict how he would do against those two.

The OUSTIDE vs INSIDE are a lot different. Its really a totally unrealistic comparison on your part.

I don't think it was a robbery at all, I had Nate ahead 117-109, and I will explain my rounds scored as well. But the closest I could see for Funeka was 5 rounds won, 6 would've been a stretch, the bottom line is Nate won that fight and should've won a Unanimous Decision.

In the early rounds I generally thought Nate was landing more than Funeka despite Funeka's high workrate, that's why I had Nate winning 5 out of the first 6, his jab was there and he was more accurate. Round 8 was Funeka's, but I thought what Nate did in the last half of the round won him that round.

Funeka clearly won 4,5,6 and 10 with 8 being close but you still give it to him.
