We have found 6 lunatics so far. The Ring belt is not much and its not in the same stratosphere as owning 4 belts!

in both those cases neither fighter unified the 4 belts.

its almost impossible to unify the 4 belts and not have the ring title. Holding every title in the division is godly. Thats why I want Darchinyan vs Montiel at 115.

I'd sooner have the unified belts by a mile.
The Ring is just another magazine and gets way too much respect and credibility.
They must love all the people who hold it up as a sacred cow, making their job easy.
Just another journal nowadays, and more fool all the worshippers.

The Ring belt counts for more than any other belt, and maybe two, but fully unified is the top achievement.

Taylor never unified the titles. He won the unified titles but he didn't unify them himself.

If Darchinyan fights Montiel then he could do it.

Theres only ever been one man in boxing that has unified all 4. BHop. Considering he was THE man to beat and beat everyone that was worth a lick at 160 id consider that the greater achievement.

i just hope that all the organization would award the 135 belts to the jmm-diaz winner

do not look for the other fighters like MAB, Valero or Khan..

the winner of the two deserve all the belts

too true being able to pull off unifying the 4 alpha titles is difficult enough then theres interim champs, regular champs, super champs. mandatories, lure of moving up in weight for a bigger fight, sanctioning fees and all other obstacles to this rare enogh accomplishment, to win the ring magazine belt is 1 fight, to win the 4 alphas is potentially 4 fights
