DLH looked like a Heavy BAG....give PAC some credit...he beat the **** out of that Heavy bag....who knows for sure if it wasn't a mix of a little PAC and a little over training...whatever the case the skills you saw were definitley there...the speed and movement were also NOT your eyes playing tricks on you.

agreed, dlh was shot as **** but pac did fight a perfect fight. at the same time I think Pac would have a lot of trouble with cottos jab and body attack.

Cotto is also extremely talented at cutting off the ring so I have to think that would play a part. Not saying it wouldn't be competitive but Pac doesnt have a very good uppercut which is the weapon Cotto seems tog et hurt by the most. I see Cotto eventually taking Pac out in the late rounds

I can see Pacquaio's speed causing Cotto trouble over the first 4 rounds but i think Cottos accuracy and jab will be the major factors in the fight.

I think it would be level after 8 with Cotto taking over.

 

Aye...you could be right. But I'm basing my opinion on styles...as well as what both men have as attributes. Cotto is the bigger and harder puncher but I think the speed is what causes Miguel to fold if this fight happens. Miguel is good at cutting off the ring with fighters who are back away....PAC won't be backing off..he'll show angles, lateral movement and circle while rallying combos which won't allow Miguel to "cut the ring off" the way he normally does. For Miguel to beat Pac he'll have to work the inside...PAC will have to keep Cotto at his range and constantly turn him into his punches...that's how I see the fight unfolding but you can't count Miguel out....just like you can't count PAC out either.

 

Lol at the people thinking Manny would win. Miguel would demolish Pac.
