I think Dawson is WAY overrated, but Woods is past his best and would lose on points in a competitive encounter. He also struggles fighting abroad..... Dawson has already proven that he doesn't like flying by giving up the WBC title.... so it would have to be in the US - Dawson UD. Not a chance of a stoppage though, Clinton has probably the best chin of any British fighter of recent years.
