I'm a loyal fan and think he is good, when winning, but something smells like %hit if you are telling me Amir Khan is world champion ahead of JMM and Juan Diaz.

If Khan wins the title in his next fight then Valuev is a more deserving fighter than Amir.

first of all, beating MAB, even this shot as hell version, will be difficult for Khan.

second, if he wins rather clearly i'd say not at all. remember koki kameda was champion for a while via a split decision which even the japanese thought was a robbery

well Khan has to fight somebody for the title. If he beats MAB, and then defends his title against tomato cans, he will then be called undeserving.

Question is, will you give MAB props for beating Khan? I would.

most definitely. as i've said mab is shot. many say that he has been shot since before he fought pac. so winning a world title almost 6 years after being shot even if against a chinny fighter in khan is still commendable

Michael Bent was WBO heavyweight champion after TKO-ing Morrison back in the day. That was pretty bad.

katsidis beat no-one of any real quality, before getting a shot against earl for the vacant wbo belt, khan dealt with earl in 1 round and then beat gairy st clair, so you have to say katsidis is much less of a deserving champ

you beleive barrera has been shot for the last 6 years :huh
so your opinion of juarez/marquez/paq /morrales/ must be fairly low.

yes against paq barerra fought saftey first his intention to see the final bell and not to win, but against marquez and juarez he was competitive and did not show any of the signs of a shot fighter.

even against paq he was not shot, just conservative.

he will be un deserving of a shot, but certainly not the most ever

also he is not a world champion, just a belt holder.

considering hes WBA intirim champ or something along those lines he should be fighting for the WBA title and that would be deserving but hes not even ranked highly by the WBO
