:huh:huh No they don't! Bute gave him a title shot twice. Kessler called out all the Americans at 168, including Green, Bika would eat Green alive, if given the chance, but your boy is running scared of any fights involving Top 15 competition. Keep dreeming, if it makes you happy, though!:good
Naw dude, U don't know Green as well as I do. U sound very clueless when we're talking about him, no offense. He's been calling out all those guys u mentioned with no reply. Ouf of those guys, only Kessler can give him a good fight but he's too worried about getting his face smashed. Like i said bruh, he's fighting on the undercard so keep an eye on him. Ya are about to be impressed.
I'm not quite sure what you have so much trouble comprehending here. If you call a champ out, being some unproven Top 15 guy at best, like Green is, and the Champ offers you a title shot...how can that be construed as anything other than a fart in the wind calling-out? Surely, any such unproven contender would jump at the chance to fight the champ. Not Green though, oh no!:verysad
...suit yourself...some call it UFC, but only when two blokes are at it...but at least they're wearing some clothes.:think
I'm a bit coflicted about Bute/Zuniga. I think Bute is better for the future of boxing than Zuniga ever could be. Zuniga just doesn't seem all that marketable, but damn, I've been a Zuniga fan since the first Zertuche fight; May 2005. I'm actually picking Bute to win a comfortable UD, but he better be well prepared. Fulgencio Zuniga is no joke.
I would unashamedly support Zuniga, if I were you...if you're looking for extra reasons, how about this: 1. He's the underdog 2. He's the MW fighting a SMW at SMW 3. He's fighting in the other guy's backyard 4. He realistically needs a KO to win because he cannot outbox Bute I hope Zuniga comes in the shape of his life and performs very well, but if I'm honest, I have him down as a MW fighting at the higher weight only because he cannot get good fights at MW these days...sad.:-(
Oh, I'll be rooting for my boy, no doubt about that. However, there's only one way for him to win: force a war on the inside, double up on his uppercut, and catch Bute with one of those sweet, short, left hooks. I would be very surprised if he could do that against a well prepared Bute.
This is gonna be a good one as both will be well prepared, both have time to train. Still I can't see Zuniga winning, actually I pick Bute to stop him late. Now if Zuniga can try to go to the body(which opponents haven't done) he might have him zapped of stamina later on.But he will have to eat a lot of leather to do that.Bute's handspeed I think will be too much.
I think you're hitting the nail on the head with the hand speed issue. It's one of the main points I've drawn attention to. Combine that with the fact that Zuniga does not have a great jab, and we probably have winner. I'm also thinking that Bute's resume is starting to look pretty good for a kid with so few fights.
