I scored it 115-113 for Oscar and according to the authors score card here, that is possible even on his card, especiallty if you gave all the close rounds to DLH meaning those who scored it for Oscar obviously Scored it correctly as well. neither did enough to win, it should have been a draw but if you have a fight that close in my eyes the Champion should get the benifit of the doubt.
:---( I thought a guy like you would be able to see the difference between "bringing the fight to" & "winning the fight", but you dissapoint me again.
Mayweather 116-112, quite comfortably. Only way Oscar wins is if you give him every benefit of the doubt and actually score points for those windmill flurries where nothing landed. You guys should score the fight on mute and notice how most of Oscar's "biggest" moments where the crowd went crazy were moments where Floyd actually landed clean counters to Oscar's Calzaghe impersonation.
115-113 to Mayweather, but they're were a lot of close rounds so I couldnt disagree with others giving it to Oscar. Its the age old question of how people score fights, aggression/ring generalship or defensive skills/precision puching.
I had it 7-4-1 even thus giving it 116-113 ....I'll respect any close score however...De La hoya may have been the champion at 154 but Floyd also held the P4P title which is better the WBC 154lb title!!
