worse part. That clause (like most) in the contract were talked about months ago and Haye didnt have a problem with it.Then Haye couldnt deliver what he said he could bring to the table. :deal The talks stalled. At that time, team Haye released some terms to the public and said they had issue. Funny how this was NEVER an issue until the fight started to fall apart. Its nothing but more mud slinging and Haye trying to push all blame onto Wlad.... ***** MOVE of putting the terms out in the public

Tell Wlad that a real man would have made Haye pay for that in the ring. He is scared, pure and simple.

Isn't it funny how they released this information... yet admitted that they had no problems with the rematch clause and that they agreed to it? Well, then of course that wasn't the problem.:patsch

The problem is clearly what it has been from the beginning. Haye is outpricing himself. Either, the fight takes place in Germany... at which point the fight loses most of it's appeal for Wlad.... or the fight takes place in London, and Haye uses it as leverage to completely whitewash the benefit for Wlad to have the fight in London. In other words... Haye wants to be payed more because he acts like he brings more to the table than other challengers. Yet, he also wants to keep everything that he brings to the table for himself. Exactly how does this fight stay attractive to Wlad at that point?

I didnt know you had front seats to the contract talks that you could determine who is right and who is wrong. Things are not always what they seem.:hi:

Yes. Clearly Wlad should have buckled to all of Haye's demands and let the challenger tear his mouth out at the negotiating table... because of that picture. Wlad should probably have just taken 30%, and gave Haye the German TV money as well.

Really? How was Haye's team letting the fans know what the problem was? They talked about the rematch clauses... THAT THEY AGREED TO. The only REAL time that they admitted what the problem was... was when they admitted that Haye wants to keep everything that he brings to the table. Which obviously makes the fight less attractive for the Champion, who was even willing to bring the fight into Haye's backyard.

That was the issue at the start. They made agreements about it and when it was time to confirm what Haye was brining to the table, HE COULDNT DO IT. he didnt have contracts with what he said he did. Thats why it might have to come back to Germany

Nope Haye will fight him in 'The land of the fixed fight' and he'll give him a rematch, that sounds fair to me and everone else.
Why do they insist on all the other terms, relinquishing the belts, two more fights after this one bull****.

    :conf

First off Wlad has to fight Haye and lose for this to even matter. Second, what is there for Haye to do should he win that is so much better than rematching Wlad or fighting Vitali next? The brothers are really the only big money and recognition fights to be made at the moment. Besides, it's David who has been saying he wants to KO BOTH brothers anyway right?
