Oscar didn't look good against Forbes, he was being forced to come down to a weight he wasn't comfortable at and he was fighting sporadically. Mosley still looks great, he's at his best at welterweight and he's been relatively active. What's going on in his noggin? I can't understand it.
i read in another thread that Mosely was shot coming in the Margo fight. You really believe so? I don't think Freddie Roach wants any part of this version of Shane Mosley. He is most likely doing a lot of talking for the sake of attention. He is really good at that.
This is the biggest fight out there for Pacman. If Pacman beats Hatton, that will be Delahoya, then Hatton and then Mosley. That is a pretty good resume with just those three. That would be incredible for Pacman to even fight those three in a row. If he could beat them all it would be impressive.
I believe Roach knows this game better than the two of us. He knows when to hype up or discredit a proposed fight. I remember him saying they dont want to fight Margo. A few week after, Margo got his ass handed to him. Pretty good call for Roach, imo. I doubt this fight will happen anyways. Pac has been criticized for fighting above 140. Shane will not move down to 140. Cotto is more likely to get this fight.
That is true, It is rather presumptuous for me to say he has it in the bag. If Ricky beats Pacman it puts him in the HOF.
I'll evaluate future Pac. fights after he fights Hatton. If Pac. dominates, Mayweather may pole vault over Mosely and everyone else to the front of the line to fight Pac. Then Pac. will have some big decisions to make.
