    Michael Moorer was a beast. I really liked it when he said after the Cooper fight, "He's a tough mother****er". The guy let it all hang out, in the ring and out of it.

    What does that have to do with hitting hard? Demetrice King is probably one of the 3 hardest punchers in the HW division right now, and he's much more of a journeyman than Sanders ever was. Doesn't matter how hard they throw if they don't throw enough and their aim sucks.

    I'm no Kilt fan, but objectively, I think Sanders was a harder puncher at HW than was Moorer. Moorer was a beast at 175, not so much at HW.

    i agree MM was a bad ass he didnt pull any **** in or out of the ring...and i would put him right about CS as the hardest Southpaw puncher

    The question is on a probable top ender on the PSI scale.. Is he the hardest punching southpaw hw ever, or not punch for punch power

    Well, it's between Sanders and Moorer really. In terms of punch power, I'd lean toward Sanders.

    A prime Sanders is totally superior to Moorer. I followed his career for years. He hits so much harder, his left cross is so much quicker, he has the reach, almost 6' 5" tall, with very long arms. The most naturally talented south heavyweight in boxing history, by far.

    prime for prime Sanders blast Moorer outta there..He just never got a break while in his prime..the nate tubbs thing was a fluke, because Sanders had a good(moderate) chin, and wasnt a good representation..
    Sanders, the champ that coulda been..

    He looked so great against Rahman too....:rofl, aside from Wlad (who has been beaten by club fighter purrity as well) what has Sanders done?

    Write to Bobbie Czyz, he has the answer.


    Anyone who knows boxing should be able to see the natural talent. Sanders fought Rahman with an injury, no road work, no sparring. Sad to see those who do not to their homework.
