Wlad and Vitali are good boxers with great physical attributes and that is why it will take an exceptional HW to beat them, or just another good fighter who is actually in shape and is their size. Think about it there are no decent HW's out there that are 6'7" 245 pounds that are actually in good shape. Thats why you need an Ali or a Lewis or even a Holmes and maybe Foreman to beat one of these guys. Sure I'll give Haye a much better chance of beating a Klitschko then any of the others before him because he is actually in good shape, hits hard, and is fast. He is still only 6'3" 220 lbs so he is still a bit under sized. The Klitschko's will reign until there is an actual great boxer at HW or there is a good one who is in shape and is their size. None of which are out there right now. We will see about Haye but he is still relatively unproven north of 200 pounds.

I like Wlad and think hes unfairly disrespected here.

I hate Vitali though, because hes an arrogant jerk.

Hello Farmboxer! It is good to hear from you!

Klitschko are the best and this make some people go nuts. They just cannot accept the reality.

There is no serious reason why we should argue on this issue. If Klitchkos are the best , why not fight Povetkin or Haye(the only two real strong contenders)? Also, Valuev has said in public that whenever , wherever Vlad wants the fight he will get it. So, no more words and arguments in forums and let's get into action.
What I see Vlad said that "Povetkin is not in his plans" and that "Haye is not serious ".
I see this as excuses to avoid fights and fight some Rahmann again...
On the rings we see the best !!

Do not worry about Povetkin. He is mandatory. We are talking about Wladimir's voluntary title defense. Wladimir will oblige his mandatories as well. Besides, it is highly doubtful that Haye is among those real contenders. He has not fought anyone significant as heavyweight. He is completely unproven. Even Evander Holifield fought 5-6 fights as heavyweight before getting a shot at Buster Douglas.

    I agree..

I dont hate the Klitschkos, Just find them boring to watch, id rather
watch a Haye - even if he got KOd by peter, than watch a boring
Vlad jab himself to another victory.

I think this is why there is a bit of hype around Haye - I think its more
in hope that we can have an exciting Heavyweight again.

If they were willing to fight one another I would like them a whole lot more.

It's just a shitty time in HW land all round, they don't have the dance partners to make great fights at HW and when there's finally a live body generating interest you get a double rematch clause?

    Hmmm.

With W and V at the helm of the division, it means no clear cut champ and that's bad for the division and bad for boxing.

I don't "hate" the Klitschkos in fact you've got to give them their dues for what theyve achieved.

However I too find them a bit boring to watch and unfortunately for them, theyve never fought and beaten an elite fighter.

Vitali's loss to Lewis is the one exception but he did lose fair and square.
I lost a lot of respect for him in the way he stamped his feet and started showing off like a 5 year old when it was stopped.

Other than that, their records are just full of names from the current crop who are nowhere near the calibre of people like Lewis or Holyfield.

Its a real shame for the Klitschkos but thats the division they entered.

For a number of reasons, first, their fans. Who make them out to be on a par with real ATG's, and desperately try and compare shoddy resume's, WBO titles and shocking losses to greatness. It makes me cringe even more when they are picked head to head over ATG's. Wlad is the one of the most vulnerable HW titlists ever. If SAM PETER is gonna find his chin and deck him three times, you guys reckon he is lasting ONE ROUND against a Tyson? Its laughable.

Thats the main reason as far as I'm concerned. If their moronic fans could see them for what they were, I would be fine with that. They are not greats, probably never will be. They are huge, talented fighters struggling to dominate a pitiful era. Neither has EVER become true HW champion, both have embarrasing losses, and the only one who fought something close to an elite fighter (ie a fat, shot LL) still got his face torn off and was about to be stopped.

Plus, Wlad is boring as ****, and I question his stomach more and more. He does not have the mentality of a Champion, he has the mentality of 'if I cant beat you my big brother will'. Its pathetic.
