wow...let's not go that crazy...sam had better head and foot movement against wlad but i saw him get slower and slower every fight after that. Arreola has terrible defense though, make no mistake about that...and if you let wlad put his hands on u like that, good night unless u have an iron chin and one crazy mf like our boy peter who shook his head after eating a wlad right cross :yep

I've stopped caring about this fight. I used to like Haye, but he's turned into a whining tosspot. He goes on the Bunce Boxing Hour every week claiming he's seconds away from nailing a deal, then the next day we hear the whole thing's off. And we all know Wlad is only interested in fighting corpses.

Yawn.

Haye can wait. Wlad is doing the right thing and moving on.

 

There's no reason for Wlad NOT to do this. He's the bigger name, and therefore the bigger draw, monetarily. Hell....it's a win win for Haye as well. If they fight, for example, in Germany, the gate'll be HUGE, which if the fighters go for percentages will make for a lot more money for both. And HAYE who's done nothing but beat up a faded has-been and a never-was at heavywieght, has no leg to stand on as far as making demands.

Wlad's doing the right thing.

Besides, this could very well pave the way for Vitali-Haye, which is what we all want to see anyway.

I think that Peter'll probably KO Chambers, but he'll never get back to where he was before the Klitschko express.

 

and him trying to do that will be his undoing, imo. He's gonna get laid out, and its not gonna be long.

 

Haye deserves a shot, but he's conducted himself like a right plonker.

 

I did go a little overboard on that comparison, but Arreola is terrible. I think the only thing I can throw compliment his way on, is he does have power and does seem to have heart, but it will honestly take more than that to get him past Wlad. Even though Haye's chin is very questionable, he does have alot of talent and skills that can make up for that. I'm just hopping Wlad/Haye gets made one way or another, the division needs the exposure.

i think the fight gets done now. it's pretty clear to me that Booth was in over his head and now Schaefer is taking over trying to salvage the fight. I think both fighters want the fight to happen too.

The only problem could be the venue. They have arreola at staples and that would be a sellout no doubt. Can they get those numbers with Haye here? I doubt it in Los Angeles.

 

Wouldn't bother me. Either he knocks Haye out next, or he fights Arreola and lets the hype for the Haye fight build.... which would be better actually.

 

The numbers will be there if they fought in Germany, maybe even London. Even though Wlad calls Calfornia home for the last 6 years, I'm not quite sure his following is big enough, and Haye is still sort of unknown in America. Whatever the venue, the fight needs to be made, I mean is a big Wlad fan, do you really want to see him face another lame ass oppenent like Arreola?
