Having a KOratio (200+ lbs opponents) like Chris Byrd I call featherfisty. Ali actually had even a worse KOratio than Byrd because 3 of his 18 KO-wins happened after round 12. Frazier by the way had the same KOratio like Byrd. All featherfists. Only Holyfield is worse (KOratio 30%+). Once you delete KOed bums off the record (like Besmanoff etc) and KOs after round 12 Ali has a KOratio of ... 30% Yawn. For a heavyweight Double Yawn. That's even worse than Frazier 33%. This is by the way why the Ali vs Frazier fights lasted so long: Because both had chins but were featherfists. I followed Ali's career very closely in the '70s. As much as I respect Vlad, I believe Ali was much better. Easily. This is because Ali was much more fluid and more adaptable than Vlad.
