I have a funny feeling Khan will come in overweight against MAB

    Ah, I didn't know that. Warren didn't get his own way with the WBO for once?

    As you say then, I'd guess with contracted weight will be 137-138 and both boxers will meet it.

    It's a big fight so they would have agreed a weight limit, the limit is very unlikely to be 140 as MAB would be stupid to agree to move up another weight class, which means it is more likely to be 135, however, even if they agreed a catch weight Khan may still struggle to make it, and again i feel MAB would have been unlikely to agree to a catch weight and if he did then he shouldn't have.

    So i would assume it will be 135, but even if it's a catch weight Khan may struggle to make the weight - although it's less likely. and if it's 140 then you can forget i ever wrote this post.

    If its non title then I'd be surprised if its at 135.

    maybe, but then i'd be surprised if MAB agreed to aiding Khan's advantage of being the naturally bigger fighter, but then again - money talks.

    Ok just for a minute let's forget what the weight is or isn't.

    Assume Amir comes in over can anyone imagine Marco being the warrior that he is pulling out after coming all the way over here? I can't, imo barrera would say **** it lets fight anyway.

    Actually if Khan does come in over the contracted weight i smell a few conspiracies theories in the offing (it was planned, growth spurt my arse etc etc)

    I have a lot of time for 'hunches' and 'funny feelings'.

    When this fight was announced MAB was suddenly the WBO #1 contender at LW. I had a funny feeling that Nate would be stripped of his title, this would be an eliminator and Khan will be fed a tomato can to win a vacant title against.

    Now, it didnt exactly happen like that, but when Nate came in overweight it made my head spin.

    Conspiracy theories are fun!
