All this fight shows is that Prescott caught Khan cold early in the fight and landed punches that were perfectly timed. Its happens in boxing no biggie...credit to Khan for bouncing back up from a devastating loss. Can someone say why Barrera is shot? Barrera only a year ago, was in a competitive fight against Manny so hes far from shot and should have no problem beating Khan.
Amen. And with that Grade triple A chin, you know that if Barrera doesn't do it, it will happen soon. Khan is the biggest GLASS JAWED JOKE I have seen in 30 years of following the sport.
I am speaking of recent fight as recent as a little over a year ago. And against his warm up well...he looked sharp but a little out of shape. But no surprise there considering it was just paid sparring while training for an up coming fight.
So have lots of fighters. Lots have been knocked down and some even stopped. Even folk with much much better chins than Khan.

Did you seem him against Ventura? Looekd slow, despite winning by stoppage. I'm not saying he can't beat Amir "Shatter Chin" Khan, but just that Barerra has really slowed down.
Agreed except putting things into perspective, Barrera started at flyweight because he was only a 15 yr old boy when he turned pro and not a full grown man. If he turned pro at 13 he would've started at mosquito weight.
