man the weight was fair imo at 147, there should be no excuses about that. Oscar was a 154 lber, he only need to get down 1 division while pac had to move up 2 divisions from 135, in fact he just moved up from 135 so thats just like 3 divisions from pac.

 

plus it's oscar would badly needed the fight...he won't fight cotto or margarito that time..PBF is retired
