ya ur friend is an *******. hits like that r usual but not good. u need to keep ur hands up and do more head movement. what u SHOULD do is ask ur ******* friend to help u out. if he really isn't an *******, then he will help. if he is an *******, train with somebody else then go and whoop his ass for being an ass hole lol

    Ah yes. Excellent advice.

Look at the floor so you can't see whether your opponent is going to land another huge follow up shot.

Of course, why didn't we all think of this before?

the close my eyes and drop hands method is also a sure fire way of forgetting all about being rocked

on a more serious note run, clinch and fients....also trading back is a very good idea and im not beign funny. also holding your ground stops people swarming you

    haha yea maybe your right.

or maybe he is abusing you and making you his wife telling your dumb ass to get back to the kitchen to make him a chicken pot pie.

    think about it.

and as for not wearing any headgear or a mouth piece..... well good luck with that.

anytime you spar , always were your protecive gear.
Head gear, mouth peace and groing protection, and 12 ounce gloves or bigger. For full contact sparring I usually use 16 ounce gloves. .
And your better off sparring with a gourp of people that know what there doing in a sparring session. Usually your not there to try and knock someone out. But, keep on working your drills.
