"If you are still considering a warm up bout before your world title tilt, then I'm sure the British public would love to see you send me into retirement"

    Yep....

haha i thought they were both gonna wait until they were world champions and then have a massive unification bout!!!!!!!

Audley-Haye : UNDISPUTED World Heavyweight Championship at Wembley.

Just wait until Aud dethrones one of the Klits

    He's exactly right.

He doesn't deserve a shot and we would like to see him take a hiding.

Mind you I think Haye's got bigger fish to fry to be quite honest.
People are calling to see him fight a bigger name fighter than Barrett and Audley hardly fits the bill.

Audleys got to get past Skelton first and that doesnt look highly after his shite performance against Martin Rogan.

Give up Audley. Nobody wants to see you ruin a fight.

It is sad that Harrison has come to this.

Haye should have put him on his card. I'd rather see Harrison than some unknown. Simply for the name, the laughs, the history.

I agree in a way Achilles, it sounds like Audley was owed a favour, but in defense of David, he probably wouldn't want the promotion to turn into a jeer/booing fest.

Yes I would rather see him at the bottom of the card than not for comedy value as much as anything.

  10. Wow, did Audley Harrison just actually make a correct statement?

    Well call the ****ing cops!

If Haye really fought on his undercards and they really are mates then Audley should be put on the card.

As much of a **** that Audley is, he is a proven domestic fighter and for that alone can be put on loads of cards and steered towards fights with Rogan, Skelton, Sprott, Williams etc

Audley v whoever for Southern Area or English title or in an eliminator of some sort would be good.

I think Audley sees the potential of one last decent payday.

I can't see why Haye would fight him at the moment - besides they are suposed to be mates.

the problem is the Hayemaker brand of promotions is still pretty new - having audley on it could be seen as detriment to the perception of his new exciting brand full of promising talent. having audley on your card is like finding a fly in your soup, or having bird**** on the windscreen of a car your trying to sell.

That is true. Haye is trying to be known about excitement. With Harrison you are almost guranteed a poor fight that could last 10 rounds. Still, I would put it at the bottom of the card. It would have some people watching from the beginning rather than the typically empty place until main event.
