He'll probably land a good right hook & wave his hand in the air, or he'll probably win a round and then celebrate after that round. He'll do something to make PW mad & he'll get f_cked up.

You say that Cotto was overrated before Margarito fight?
I beliv that Cotto will be better than ever. I never saw him so relaxed and joyful after fight. He can handle the pressure better, he went through hell and that makes people stronger. It;s obvious that Jennings isn't topdog in WW division. But he is quite decent boxer, his movement suprised me. But for elite fighter like Cotto this is not enough

I hope he's better than ever, but I don't think he will. Cotto has proved that he isn't mentally ready. Cotto got to the top and got big headed. Definetely not mentally ready, not hungry enough once he reaches the top.

What effects . . . Cotto didn't dish out enough body shots on AM because he concentrated too much on head shots until he tired out in the late part of the fight. :yep

    :deal

Common sense buddy . . . he and his team should have learned something on that fight . . . if they don't and they'll stick to that bull**** fighting plan . . . then they are all dumb as ****. :D

The thing is, PW is a different fighter. Somewhat similar to AM, but also different in some areas. Team Cotto might come in with a strategy like "break the body down", and while Cotto is very low trynna break the body, he'll most likely taste a hard left hook that will hurt him. I don't see Cotto making it past 5

Williams is just too big. Cotto would not be able to do anything.

    Well like I said in my first post . . . I don't see this happening . . . but just for the sake of arguements . . .

I can see your point clearly . . . but Cotto cutting the distance means . . . to throw those body punches when PW is in the retreat . . . when Cotto cuts the ring with his laterals PW shouldn't be in a good punching position . . . Cotto surely will be hit one way or another but not the full powered punches when he is in front of Williams . . . that's what I'm talking about.

I think Cotto is good enough at cutting off the ring so I think he eventually gets to Williams. Cotto has a good enough jab to keep Williams honest too. You have to remember Cotto will be the hunter here and not the hunted so he will be going forward, where he is at his best. I think Cotto gets to him early enough that the body work takes effect..........

I think Cotto wins this by KO late in the fight, with close cards at the end, I'm thinking Cotto might even be slightly behind.

I'd love to see this fight.

Cotto would not be the coming foward against Williams. If he did, Williams would put him to sleep in under 3 rounds. As far as your prediction about Cotto KO'ing Williams, that **** is laughable. Williams is basically a MW and has a damn good chin.

I'm not talking to the chin.

Margo showed that he doesn't like it to the body, it just took him 6 rounds to get there. I think Cotto will get there sooner.

Cotto looked like he was getting hurt to the body more than Williams did against Margo. So I guess Cotto doesn't like getting hit to the body either and Williams is a good body puncher. Believe what you want, but there's a reason Top Rank kept Cotto away from Williams. This is a bad matchup for Cotto.
