I can only talk from what I see. Ill be a man and come out and say that if floyd really tried to make fights with some of the fighters he is always accused of ducking, then i retract my comments about floyd ducking people. What I seen, is floyd not taking a fight with margarito, and fighting baldomir instead. What I did see is that cotto was seen as the man at 147, and the most logical fight for floyd, and floyd said "im not worried about cotto" and "im gonna retire from boxing, im not gonna let boxing retire from me"
Thats just 2 examples, but you gotta understand that events like this shape my opinion of him, you feel me?

I was trying to convey that if im wrong about him avoiding fighters, ill withdraw what i said about him being a ducker, but what i seen him do shaped my opinion of him.
Yes I have sparred many times, and im in no way fat (like any of that has to do with me talking about floyd career)

First off let me say I'm a TRUE fan...meaning I was mad as hell that he didnt give me at least one more good fight (with Cotto or Mosley) but when it was over with I cant knock the man for leaving when he did...If he's not feeling the hunger for the sport let him retire.

I think we can all agree on this one little thing...He should have left his trade mark on one today's top WW...Lets not forget when Mayweather entered the WW division...Judah was the top dog at the divsion(sad but true) There will always be a fighter that his critics will want him to face...Just look at Calzaghe...good fighter but their is always somebody that people want to see him fight.

 

AND THEY WERE ALL AT 147...The poster stated that Floyd ducked the best competition at 147...Paul, Tony, and Cotto were all at 147 in May 05...Paul didn't even have a belt at that time and Paul and Tony were getting ready to fight each other...Cotto was coming off a win over his mandatory Urkal...Mosley had juss went back down to 147 to fight Collazo..
