I just told you that those guys bulk up to 165+ for every fight. PBF doesn't. PBF vs Pac, both men would weigh the same. There would be a reach advantage & height advantage for PBF. PBF isn't a guy who beats you with his size. If Pac or his fans feel the size advantage is too much, dont take the fight.

What are you saying? He's too small for them?

Floyd is the same size as him if not smaller, so why are you on him for not fighting them?

Oh it gets better all the time - Now Mayweather's legacy is better than Durans?

You need to get over to the Wlad is better than Ali thread to help out the Wlad argument over there....

He never said that or implicated that, you said you don't consider anyone a true champ until they defend their title.

Are you going to say Duran was never a true champ above 135?

Very simply for all of you guys that can't sererate a legit question from hate.

"I would like to see the guy who claims to be better than Robinson or Ali, fight the real fights at welterweight - Which I would probably even pick Floyd to win a few of them - Against legit welters"

I ask you again in all honesty - HONESTLY -

Is Baldomir, Mitchell, Hatton and Zab - The mark of a guy who really tested himself as a welter?

    FURTHER -

Wouldn't a Williams, Margaritto or Cotto or even Mosley victory not add SIGNIFICANT and inarguable legacy to an otherwise spotty post 135 record?"

ex Lineal Champ and Lineal Champ, + Hatton. Not bad for being a 4th weight class.

Lightweight was his best weight, he held titles past 135, but 135 was his true domain.

That he held titles above 135 is remarkable - Particulalry at 147 - But here's the rub - Duran - Win loose or draw - FOUGHT THE BEST AVAILABLE FIGHTS!

That's why Duran is a legend and Floyd still, repeat, STILL can make that legacy for himself.

But it could have been a lot better had he taken multi million dollar challenges available to him.

I'd almost have a Floyd avatar then too.

Okay, he held titles above 135, as has Floyd but its not the same, even though Floyd went after the top dogs of the division.

    most definitely on many levels:

duran was 15-7 in championship fights 46% success rate over a 30+ year career

floyd 18-0 in championship fights 100% sucess in 12 year career

flopyd garnered 5 titles in 5 weight classes by the age of 30 duran only 2 by the same age.

floyd had 12 title defenses over 5 weighht classes duran had 12 title defenses over 6 weight classes

duran defeated 3 hofers in his career floyd defeated 4:deal

do you want me to go on.
