    he also does not have a rating and i think box rec does it up to 1000 fighters per division

    Boxers who don't have a rating usually has a meaning to it.

    Either 1. This guy dropped from the rankings due to inactivity or

    2. He retired and came back to fight Oleg

    lol.

    this is the HW division, i can make my debut tommorow, and i'll probably be in against James Toney after 7 wins against complete bums, then if i win i'll be the #1 contender for the IBF title

    the division is horrible, probably the worst of all time, lets all just ignore it.....it's better that way

    Yes the WBC is ridiculous. But let's be fair, the same idiots kept Vitali a 'champion emeritus' for four years and allowed him to fight for a title in his first fight back.......The whole thing is absurd..

    Well Joe Louis had the same privilige when he came back from retirement and fought Ezzard Charles for the heavyweight championship, so why are you complaining about Vitali having the same treatment?

    Exactly. This sort of thing is done all the time. But it is a measure of how washed up Maskaev's handlers think he is that they are taking an opponent this bad.
