Haye was never undisputed champ at cruiser

I agree 100% with hoya, he did not hold all the belts so in the literal sense he was not the undisputed champion, but no one can deny that he was the man at cruiser

WBC only started in 1963

The definition of undisputed is obviously evolving. When exactly did the IBF become necessary for undisputed status? The day that it was created? I doubt it...

 

The Ring Title is nothing at all to do with the linear champion.

 

The IBF became neccesary when the other orgs began to recognize it.

 

He beat Mormeck who was old and beat another chump in Bell. The real champ was Steve Cunningham who was beaten by Adamek.
