It's just.. Pavlik would have to break his balls to try and get Calzaghe in the ring.. and he didn't simple as that. Calling each other out in boxing is old hat, it means nothing.

And as already stated Calzaghe let Hopkins expose his flaws that has made him fight people like Rubio and aviod AA.

It was pretty hot news when it happened. Pavlik is the local so I follow him closely. Take it or leave it but it was made and commonly known at the time. Cal's huggers all claimed he would make more fighting Jones. Didn't turn out that way as I recall. Arum picked Warren up at the airport for the Duddy fight. They were in hot and heavy negotiations for the Cal fight. Like I say. I remember this, but I'm not going to scour the interenet. It was all over this board at that time.

I read Rafeal's article, and I do not put much stock in his so-called source. When you quote some "old school boxing guy" you're just repeating rumours, something fat ass Dan is notorious for.

And I do think negotiations are getting serious. If Sauerland comes down to the $1 million plus German TV that you speculated on the other day, the fight will probably happen.

If Pavlik signs to fight Duddy or Mora or some **** like that after AA is calling him out like this... he will look like a real ***** and a fraud.

Arum will try to sell some BS line about the fight being too hard to negotiate etc... But its becoming clear thats not the case here.
