    Training's gone great pal, weights bang on, Kerry Kayes is a genius!! Not sure about Martin's opponent though mate, sorry.

    Kerry is good for diet, but i'm not sold on the weight-training mate.

    I hope you win Jamie as your one of the best action-fighter Brits out there along with Haye, Froch etc and need a break.
