The interviews after the fight sucked. The interviewer didn't even have the microphone close to Chris John so you could hear him. This promotion is clearly biased towards the Texas fighters.

 

John wasn't exactly a smoltering ball of charisma though. They cut him off short but hey, what can ya say?

JMM is the lineal champion. Pac and Campbell are in the graphic but both of those guys are going to 140.

John won the fight. You could make the argument Juarez lost the first 7 rounds. Fights over right then.

 

Manny Steward has that "Look smart and try to come up with something philosophical while stalling" look on his face.

 

Yeah, I was thinking the same same thing. Thought that Juarez would get himself some homecooking and get a decision he didn't quite deserve. Neither guy really seperated themselves here. Good judging for once from every single judge..

I actually had Juarez winning the 1st to rounds and then John taking control from rounds 3 to 4

 

I'm actually starting to fear anytime a fight goes to the scorecards. Sh*t, last night, I was worried the judges were going to give the fight to Daniel Judah.

 

marquez is ****ed if this goes to the cards.

 

Marquez has to send Diaz out on a stretcher to win.
