Marquez is one of the greatest counter punchers I've ever seen...and prob. ever will.

    Quite simply an awesome fight.

Great Heart on the part of Diaz, as well.

I think in the 4th or 5th I saw Diaz's demeanor change for a bit when seemed to lay off the pressure, I knew Marquez's punches and style were taking effect on Diaz, and I had a feeling Marquez would stop him.

What most impressed me was Marquez's ability to keep his head, stay calm and just keep doing what he does best even in the face of relentless pressure, from a young, extremely strong fighter who was constantly coming at him and throwing leather. He was getting backed up the whole fight, was taking a lot of shots but he didn't lose his head and just kept chipping away.

They were talking about the youth and relentless pressure of Diaz but complete boxing skills, experience, and wisdom should never be underestimated. Marquez is an amazing fighter.

That was the art of boxing at its finest. Take want your opponent does best and use it against him. Amazing courage by marquez!

Nah man diaz was waisting too muchh energy the whole night. His shots don't hit with power and when Marquez started blocking the left hook the fight began to turn against him. The uppercuts were probably what really sealed his fate.
