One of the greatest performances ive ever seen- Juan Manuel Marquez

JMMs precision just amazes me

 

Yes.
They are ****ed.
Diaz was putting pressure and eating big shots from Marquez from the get go.
Yet, all they did was talk about Diaz whenever he would land.
Only Kellerman quietly mentioned that Marquez was punching much harder.

 

:goodI completely agree woth Kellerman when he disagreed with Ledermans card.Lederman was probably influenced himself by the crowd who got behind Diaz but really he was eating hard counters from Marquez

And when Marquez fianally got off the ropes and started to fight in the centre of the ring, backing up Diaz --- thats when he took right over.

 

That last uppercut would have dropped a horse.

Seriously, every time Diaz came on strong I kept thinking that his age would give in to the pressure. Impressive that he was able think so clearly considering he had never been bombarded with so many power shots at least by compubox numbers. A night with two smart, level head fighters in him and John. Made my night.

 

Great fight and to be honest JMM looked his age, I dont think he has much more time left, Baby Bull Respect and nothing but, the kid fought like a true champion, I hope to see both guys back at it again soon!

 

Really sad that Diaz was stopped. All credit to Marquez, he got the job done and in shocking fashion, I expected him to win but didn't even THINK he will be able to stop Diaz.

Brilliant performance, it's just a shame Marquez hasn't fought more often in the last five years.

 

Those early rounds were amazing exchange with Diaz bulling Marquez into the ropes and doing some damage his face was showing the effect nobody beat Marquez in the center of the ring that serious cut tipped the balance of the fight. Great win for Marquez his chase continue.

 

It was just amazing in a brilliant fight.

From the first round I screamed "Holy crap this is going to be good" and then watching Marquez getting rocked in the 2nd round to breaking down Diaz and finally knocking him out cold.

What else could be said, Juan Manuel Marquez was masterful.

 

Yeah, it's just plain impressive.
