Why was Don Broadhurst ignored by Sky

    I guessed that the Commonwealth Super Fly title fight would not be shown live when Sky only allocatted 2 hours in the schedule.

    I feel sorry for him fighting at home in defence of his title, but the show was dominated by debutants.

    With a dedicated Sports channel why is there a push on time. ITV4 could give 3 hours away on the same night, and they are not sport only

    oh, i've missed a clever pun have I? soz, I'm usually good with current/recent affairs, didn't realise there was an abusive priest by the same name.

    He got ignored because he has no belt of worth and had no decent opponent. Waste of time showing his fights while he is going the afrobum route. Hopefully he gets a few decent tests in future and the boxing public can sit up and take note.

    Would've liked them to have the show longer and atleast shown highlights of this fight and the McDermott/Bendall English title scrap.
