We've been down this road too many times already. They have both called each other out several times. Now's the time. Get your boy off the couch and lets do this Pimp. If he does come out it will be to face JMM. He doesn't want any sugar sprinkled on his ass.:yep
Is Mayweather's retirement truly welcome? I think the evidence can be found on this site. He can depreciate the question of his greatness by comin' back and defeating a questionable p4p #1
As great as he is and he is great Mayweather knows deep down he can not beat some of the best Welterweights out there because he is simply too small! Floyd has the skill to beat any current fighter but his natural weight is 135 - 140 lbs at most. If Floyd staid at 140 then most of this talk about him picking on smaller fighters and ducking others wouldnt be said. Floyd went as high as 147 and 150 for the big pay days because he does have a greed issue in my opinion. If he truly wanted to be remembered as the best ever and cement his legacy he would have not gone above 140 and fought the best at 135 - 140 as they came along. Look at the people he would have faced by now if he stayed that course. JMM, Pacman, Diaz (at 135). Cotto, Tszyu, Witter, Hatton (at 140) and the list goes on. Then his win over Hatton wouldnt be "picking on a smaller man" and fighting Cotto at 140 lbs a few years ago would have been huge. Sure he wouldnt have the huge pay day of fighting Oscar at 150 but his resume would be more credible and the haters wouldnt be on him as much. It was Floyd's decision to go up higher past what his body can perform at its peak performance for the big pay days and he happened to get away with it and win big bucks. I'm not saying Floyd got any slower or weaker as he gained weight, he is just as good at the higher weights its just that the naturaly bigger men like Mosley, Williams, Oscar, Margarito, ext. are just too big and heavy for Floyd to really impose his will and dominate them. Hes good enough, he's just not big enough.
The best fight the best and dare to be great. Mosley has dared to be great in the past and lost for it but won respect and a reputation as a warrior. It finally just paid up for him, beatin Margo. He will go down better in history than Mayweather. Mayweather has had the oppurtunities but he didn't take them.
Thats a nice post and all, but he actively went after Tszyu and Mosley. He also would have fought Cotto and Margarito if Arum had the balls to put him in the ring with them. He beat Hatton at 147, only because Hatton was afraid at 140. To say he's scared of big welterweights is ridiculous.
Its not even the fact that he cant perform as well at 147. Its just that when he fights at 147, his opponents dont fight at 147, they weigh more on fight night.
They always was let that slip their small ass brain!:verysad Thats the same dumbass dude that defended Margorito for cheating!:-( Does he really have any room to talk?:-(
