ha? who's talking about pacman being greater than robinson? :rofl stop making stuff up just like you kept making excuse about delahoya when it was you who said he was gonna KO pacman :rofl
Dude, you can say that If De La Hoya landed then this would have happened. Well, he did not have the physical ability to land anything or even throw anything. Thats why the fight was much less meaningful that JMM over Diaz. Pac was fighting a skeleton. You just proved my point. At least Diaz would have hit Pac.
Seriously, love how no one made that connection before you did. It's the same thing as Arum saying Cotto was the best, or Margarito. Remember back when Oscar thought he had Pacquiao signed to GBP? He was giving interviews left and right calling Manny the best lightweight in the world. Then, suddenly Manny goes back to Top Rank and GBP signed JMM, suddenly Oscar's giving interviews weeks later calling Marquez "undeniably the best lightweight in the world." Marquez absolutely deserves to be considered on of the top 3 fighters in the world right now, but please, don't get confused with the promoter doing his job by promoting his fighter. Hopkins giving perspective on a fighter is infinitely more interesting that some random promoter hyping his fighter, but he is most DEFINITELY involved in the currently civil but still very real GBP vs Top Rank rivalry, so he's always going to side with a GBP fighter. Always.
It is common knowledge that many *******s believe Pac is greater than SRR, and Duran, SRL, and Hearns. Anyway, yes I predicted DLH by KO as did many Pac fans and even a few *******s. I also gave Pac a very sim chance, a chance nonetheless. All I'm doing is the same thing the *******s are doing, disecting and picking apart a resume. You don't like it, because it puts things into perspective. Sure Pac has names like Morales Barrera De La Hoya under his belt, but what type of fighters were they when he beat them? That is what ultimately matters.
This boy would look soooooooo slo mo with Pac. Pac-man KO, Jmm looks old in this one. Maybe he had no nada to worry about Diaz punching pop. :rofl
Would, should, could. Pac in his last 10 fights has only fought one top fighter, and that was JMM at 130.
Juan Diaz and Casamayor were elites when JMM fought them. And JMM's best wins are both fights against Pac. Unfortunately HBO protected their little cash cow and robbed JMM.
so pac moves up three weights to fight a junior middleweight and beats him its overrated. when marquez moves up one weight to beat diaz who got beat by campbell, he is suddenly number 1. ok.atsch resume pac>>>>>>>marquez 5 weight champ flyweight to welterweight(10 divisions) beat barrera~2 morales~2 marquez~1 delahoya~1 you are obviousely a pac hater.
what type of fighters were casa and barrera when marquez beat them. clearly you are using double standards, at least be consistant.
So when we track down the p4p lineage we would have PBF, Pac, JMM, Pac. People will question if JMM was ever #1 and we will respond to say "errrr, guru too you had him no.1" Pac is no.1 and wont be knocked off his pedestal until either he fights PBF where he would be underdog or he retires. Pac has been above JMM on the p4p rankings for the past decade, has the much better resume and even in regards to recent performances, JMM struggled against a guy he was favourite against whereas Pac OBLITERATED a guy he was a HUGE underdog against. Facts are facts. JMM made the fight look very competitive and his opponent look good, Pac was so good he made his opponent shot to pieces :good
